AnimeCon 2026: Hidden Spirits

We have reserved blocks of hotel rooms at nearby hotels, available to volunteers at discounted rates. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and are inclusive of all taxes. Breakfast is not included with the hotel rooms, as a rich breakfast bar will be provided on site. This breakfast is available to all volunteers, regardless of accommodation.

Because the rooms are in high demand, we ask that you share the room with another volunteers. Please reach out to us if you would prefer not to, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can I add breakfast to my room?

Yes, but you will have to pay for it yourself.

How do I get to hotels that are slightly further away?

You will need to arrange your own transportation or find a ride with someone heading the same way. Free parking is available in the P1 parking garage, located directly across from De Broodfabriek.

Are there any other hotels nearby?

There are many alternative hotels available in the cities of Rijswijk, The Hague and the rest of the neighbourhood, at various price points. We recommend having a look around Booking.com and similar websites to see what your options are.
